Race Tracker Update

Apparently there are local bandwidth issues with the trackers so for now the replays will be available minutes after each race finishes instead of live.  That's OK because you can still enjoy all the racing that's taken place whenever you want to - and speed up the playback, it's fun to watch Optis rip up the animated course on the computer at Mach 10!
